Jointly organized by the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering, IIT Roorkee, and the Biotech Research Society, India (BRSI)
Scientific program will comprise Plenary and invited lecture by the peers (by invitation only) and contributory (i) Short Oral (by faculties/scientists only), (ii) Rapid Oral (by the students and research scholars/fellows below the age of 32 years), and (ii) Poster presentation by any researcher.
Time of presentation- 25 mins, QA 4 mins, changeover 1 min. Total 30 mins
Time of presentation- 16 mins, QA 3 mins, changeover 1 min. Total 20 mins.
Time of presentation- 7 mins, QA 2 mins, changeover 1 min. Total 10 mins. Maximum 12 slides.
Time of presentation- 3 mins, QA 1 min, changeover 1 min. Total 5 mins. Maximum 5 slides.
Awards: Best rapid orals will be conferred awards, which will be announced during the closing session of conference on 14th December 2025. These include CEES Research Excellence Award and BRSI Award.
Preparation of posters: The space available for each poster would be of 90cm width and 100cm height. Each poster will be allocated a number, which will be marked on the top of the poster board by the organizers. The poster should indicate its title, authors (underline the name of the presenting author and include his/her email id) and their affiliations, followed by the Introduction/Background, Results, Conclusions and Acknowledgements (if any). The poster should be put up in the morning between 08.00-09.00 h and taken down after 17.00 h on the same day.
The poster sessions shall be conducted on 12th and 13th and 9th December 2025 day during 13.00-15.00 h, when evaluators shall visit the posters. The presenting authors should be present near their posters during the poster session. The poster schedule will be announced in advance and this would be based on subject areas.
Poster Awards: Best posters will be conferred awards, which will be announced during the closing session of conference on 14th December 2025. These include CEES Research Excellence Award and BRSI Award.
